A technology company built on specification.
Rigor for Software and IT Services is a Baghdad-based technology company. We design and build software, deliver and support IT infrastructure, and construct fiber-optic networks. We exist for a simple reason: organisations in Iraq deserve technology built to international standard, by a team that is here, on the ground, and answerable for the result.
Who we are
One company. Three disciplines.
Most technology problems do not respect supplier boundaries. A new system needs a network that can carry it, infrastructure that can host it and support that keeps it alive. We built Rigor so that one team can take responsibility for all of it, from the application layer down to the duct in the ground.
Our software engineers build business systems, portals, mobile applications and integrations. Our IT team designs and runs networks, servers, cloud environments and security. Our field crews construct and certify fiber-optic networks and supply the cable and duct they are built from. Different work, same method: specify, build, measure, hand over.

Every job begins with a written scope, standards and acceptance criteria. We build to it, and we test against it.

If it can be measured, we measure it. Test results, performance figures and completion reports are part of the deliverable.

We work directly with manufacturers and technology vendors rather than through layers of resellers. On the network side that includes fiber-cable and HDPE duct factories such as Asad Babil. For our clients it means the right specification, honest lead times and materials that arrive certified.
