Why Rigor
Chosen for the work that has to be right.
A system your staff use every day. A network your operations depend on. Clients work with us because we treat every project as something that has to work the first time, and keep working after we leave.
-
01
Software, IT and networks in one company
We understand the whole stack, from the application to the duct. Fewer hand-offs, fewer surprises and one team to call when something crosses a boundary.
-
02
Engineers who build, not resellers who quote
Our proposals come from what will work in your environment. When we supply hardware or materials, it is to a specification we wrote.
-
03
Specification before invoice
Scope, architecture and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before work starts. You know what you are getting and how it will be proven.
-
04
Flexible on approach, strict on standard
Cloud or on-premise, custom or off-the-shelf, trench or HDD, we choose what suits the case. What never changes is the standard we test against.
-
05
Quality you can audit
Test reports, as-built documentation and certified results come with every handover. Our work is designed to be checked, and to be maintained by someone other than us.
Our delivery approach
Six stages. No shortcuts.
-
01
Discovery
We study the requirement, the environment and the constraints before proposing anything. Drawings, workflows, data, users, site.
-
02
Specification
Scope, architecture, bill of materials and acceptance criteria written down and agreed. This is the document everything is measured against.
-
03
Planning
Timeline, team, resources and supply locked in, with risks named early rather than discovered late.
-
04
Build
Code, configure, install. Software in iterations you can see, infrastructure and networks to the drawings, with progress reported as we go.
-
05
Test & measure
Functional and acceptance testing for systems, link-by-link certification for networks. Results documented, not assumed.
-
06
Handover & support
Documentation, training and as-built records, followed by support that keeps the system doing its job.
